10-1 Partner KB Bob and Weave Ladder

P1: 10x Bob and Weave @ 2x 25#-35# KB
P2: “Rest” in Farmer Hold
Switch positions, repeat = One rung. Continue working down the Ladder i.e. 9x, 8x, 7x, etc. Players must not set KB’s down until session is over. No skeletal resting positions are acceptable i.e. shoulders, feet, etc. The KBs should either be in Rack or Farmers.
