General Warm-Up:

High Knee Pulls x 10m

Toe Touches x 10m

Quad Pulls x 10m

Leg Cradles x 10m

 

Specific Warm-Up:

Goblet Squat 1 x 10

Reverse Lunge w/ KB in front rack - 2 x 10

1-Arm KB Deadlift (contralateral) - 2 x 5

Barbell Hip Thrust – 2 x 10

 

Strength:

Work up to heavy-ish Deadlift

Then:

Split Squat w/ rear foot elevated – 5 x 20 (each side)

Then:

Partner Glute Ham Raise – 3 x 10

Reverse Hypers 3 x 10

 

Supplemental:

Banded Hamstring Curls x 100 reps
