Falling Sprint Starts

3 x @ 50% Speed

2 x @ 90% Speed

5 x @ 100% Speed

 

Grab bars, start practicing the barbell movements, and build to chosen weight

 

Strength + Conditioning:

Beginner : 135/95

Intermediate: 185/125

Advanced: 225/155

 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

Deadlift

Push-up

Pull-up

Back Squat

 

Supplemental:

Foam Roll and/or Stretch for 10 min
