10 Arm Circles – Forward/Backward

10 Press Flings

10 Berry Pickers

10 Side Lunges

Banded Hip Flexor Stretch – 2:00 p/leg

Pitchers Stretch 1:00 p/arm

 

Movement Prep:

KB Windmills – 2 x 5 p/side

Overhead KB Reverse Lunge x 2 x 10 p/side


2x:

5x Inch Worms + 2 Push Ups

 

Strength:

Work up to a heavy Turkish Get-Up, then complete 10 reps (5 each arm) at that weight.

 

Conditioning:
