Today, we will be sending off our beloved little “Private Sarcasm” Shawn off to boot camp for the Marines. He wanted to do one last long burner of a workout for his final day, so we'll be honoring his sacrifice by indulging him and sending him off on a high note. We will be having a potluck party after the 5:30pm class wraps up as we say farewell until sometime next year when we hope he will use his leave to come visit us. It has been a great to work with him this past summer and see him get stronger. It's refreshing to know a young person who truly has a plan for their life and what they want to achieve. We know this is just a first step towards him achieving his goals and that we will see him again in the future. Come celebrate his departure with us and enjoy a physical challenge buffered by some good food and good company.
