Knee Hugs x 10m

Leg Cradles x 10m

Elbow-to-Instep + Reach x 10m

Walking T-Hamstring Stretch + Reach x 10m

 

Run 400m @ Easy Pace

 

Movement Prep:

Reverse Lunge w/ Twist x 5 p/leg

Iron Cross x 10

Scorpions x 10

Scapular Push-Ups x 10

 

Strength:

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:

Odd Sets: 15 Push-Ups with perfect form + :15 FLR Top Position + :15 FLR Bottom Position

Even Sets: 20m DB or KB Walking Lunge

 

Conditioning:

3 Rounds for time of:

5 Burpees

10 Strict Pull-Ups

15 Kettlebell Swings

400m Run
