Movement Prep:

Kettlebell Stiff-Legged Deadlift – 2 x 10

Kettlebell Swing x 2 x 10

 

Strength:

Work up to heavy Deadlift single or new 1-Rep Max

Then:

6 x 1 @ Heavy Single Weight

Then:

Single Leg Deadlift - 4 x 5 @95-135

 

Conditioning:

10 x (:30 Work/:30 Rest) Row @ >170m/140m Pace
