Teams of 3.  1 Player at each station.  Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes.

Station 1:

10 Box Jumps/5 Pull Ups

Station 2:

10 Dumbbell Snatches/5 Burpees

Station 3:

300m Medicine Ball Run

Players may not rotate until runner returns.  Continue cycling through stations

 

Olympic Weightlifting

3-Position Muscle Clean -  5 x 2

Tall Clean - 3 x 5

Build to Heavy Clean

then:

5 Singles at 90% of daily max
