Deadlift

Build up to something heavy for the day

Then:

Partner Workout: Teams of 2

Burpee Pull-Up Ladder Relay 1-10

ie. Both players start 10 m away from pull-up bar. Time begins, player 1 runs to the bar, performs 1 burpee pull-up, then runs 10m back to start and tags player 2. Player 2 runs to the bar, performs 1 burpee pull-up, then runs 10m back to start and tags player 1. Switch again, this time performing 2 reps. Continue until 10

10-1 Kettle Bell Swing Ladder

800m Partner Sandbag and Brick Run

One partner begins run with sandbag, the other partner with the brick. Switch as needed
