Strength/Power:

Bear Complex

Every minute on the minute, perform the following barbell complex, adding an additional #10 every minute.  Continue until unable to perform complex in allotted time.

Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + BTN Push Press

Conditioning:

Air Assault to Hell and Back

30-20-10-20-30 Cals on the Air Assault Bike. Rest in between rungs as long as it took to complete previous rung, 1:1 work/rest ratio
