Warm up:

Agility Hurdles

Strength/Power:

Non-Countermovement BoxJumps -  5 x 3

*Hold quarter squat for 2-3 seconds to arrest any elastic energy built up in the muscles, then explode from that position, landing on box as tall and softly as possible. Step down and reset for remaining reps

*Increase box height every set

Power Clean – 5 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM
