Movement Prep:

KB Swing Ladder – 10 reps at each weight

KB Headcutter Ladder – 5 reps at each weight

8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg

 

Strength:

Deadlift – Build to new 1RM

then 3 x 5 at 75%

 

Strength/Endurance:

3 sets:

8 KB Front Squats 53/32

100m Farmers Walk

Do not set kettlebells down at any time. 10 Burpee Box Jump Penalty to be performed every time weights are set down
