General warm-up of 5-10 minutes. Focus is on raising your core temperature in preparation for the workout.
Complete the following circuit 2x. Rest as needed. Focus is on quality of movement.
5 wall squats
10 air squats
10 lunges forward (facing the direction of travel)
10 lunges backwards (facing opposite the direction of travel)
10 cossack lunges
60 second wall sit
With a 45# barbell complete the following without setting the bar down.
5 narrow grip overhead squats +
10 bent over rows +
15 strict (shoulder) press +
20 push press +
25 front squat push press +
30 forearm curls
