Strength:

Back Squats

3 x 5 @ 50%

3 x 4 @ 60%

3 x 3 @ 70%

3 x 2 @ 80%

5 x 1 @ 90%

*Rest 1:30-2:00 between sets @ 80% and above

 

Then:

For Time:

10-1 Jump Squats

1-10 Pull-ups

*use yardstick to measure out 12' from fingertips reaching overhead and make a chalk mark on the wall . Both hands must cross the line on the jump squats for reps to count. Be honest and explosive.
