Strength:

Deadlift – Build to max weight or new 1RM

 

Then:

Deadlift @75-80% or 315/205 – 1 Rep

1 Strict Pull-Up

Deadlift – 1 Rep

3 Strict Pull-Ups

Deadlift – 1 Rep
