Snatch – Build to heavy single for the day

 

For Time:

50 Pull-Ups

40 Push-Ups

30 KB Swings 72/53

20 Squats

100m Sprint

*After first round, eliminate the 50 Pull-ups and then perform remaining reps. After second round is complete, eliminate the 40 Push-ups and then perform remaining reps. Continue in this fashion until left with a single 100m sprint, performed in immediate succession as the last sprint.
