Inch Worm + Push-Up x 20m

Burpee Broad Jump (no more than 1.5m) x 20m

 

Movement Prep:

Walking Overhead Squat:

Forward x 10m / Backward x 10m

3 Sets – Start with empty barbell, then add #10 each set

 

Strength:

Work up to a heavy Overhead Squat

Then: 80% x 3 x 6

 

Conditioning:

5 Rounds of:

5 Push Press or Jerk - #155/105

10 Box Jumps – 24'/20'

15 Kettlebell Swings
