Warm-Up:

Med Ball Reverse Lunges w/ Overhead Raise x :30

Med Ball FSPP x :30

Med Ball Around the Worlds x :30

Slam Balls :30

Med Ball Russian Twist x :30

Movement Prep:

Plank to Down Dog x 10

Side Plank w/ Leg Lift -  2 x :15 on each side

Side Plank w/ Bottom Leg Hip Flexion – 1 x :15 on each side

 

Strength:

Back Squat – 5 x 3 @ 85%

 

Conditioning:

Complete 2 Sets:

3 x Push Press @ 80%

5 x Burpees over the bar

7 x Pull-Ups

At the end of the 2nd set, rest 1:00, then repeat.  Complete 8 sets total.
