Warm-Up:

Movement Prep:

Hip Flexor Stretch on Bench x :45 p/leg

Elbow to Instep x 3 p/leg

Mini Band Hip Activation

Hip Abduction x 10 p/leg

Glute Kick Backs x 10 p/leg

Bent Leg Lateral Walk x 20m

Straight Leg Lateral Walk x 20m

 

Strength:

Back Squat – Work up to 1-Rep Max

Then:

Back Squat – 10 Rounds of 3 Reps @ 75% every 40 Seconds

 

Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

8 x Deadlift – 185/113

20m Sled Push

15 x See the Light – 25/15
