Warm-Up:

5:00 Air Assault Bike

1 ¼ Wall Squat x 10

OHS + Sots Press w/ light Dumbbells* - 2 x 10

*Increase weight on second set

 

Movement Prep:

Wall Press x 10

T-Hamstring Stretch – 5 reps p/leg

1 Leg Deadlift 3 x 5 p/leg – 95/55

 

Strength:

Deadlift –

Build to 80% 1RM

Then: 3 x 5 @ 80%

Chase each set immediately with 10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings

 

Conditioning:

10-1/1-10

Burpee Pull-Ups

DB Push Press - #55s/30s

Looks like 10/1, 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5, 5/6, 4/7, 3/8, 2/9, 1/10 reps

 

Supplemental:

Reverse Hyper Extensions – 3 x 10
