Warm-Up:

Assault Bike – 5 minutes

 

Movement Prep:

Wall Squat x 10

Forearm Stretch on Wall - :45

Lat Band Stretch - :45 p/arm

Banded Hip Mobility – :45 p/leg

Front Squat w/ Empty Barbell – 2 x 10

Hang Muscle Clean + Hang Clean + Clean -  3 x 2 @ weight to be used for Clean Complex in the strength portion

 

Strength:

Every :30 for 10 minutes. Use #75-135

Clean + Front Squat + Hang Clean

 

Conditioning:

50 Cals on AA Bike

Supplemental:

Foam Roll for 10 minutes
