Strict Press – Max Reps in 60 Seconds @ 95/65

3 rounds - Rest 90 Seconds between rounds

Rest 5:00

Deadlift – Max Reps in 60 Seconds @ 135/95

3 rounds - Rest 90 Seconds between rounds

Then:

Cool down with 2000m Row at Recovery Pace
