Movement Prep:

Band Pull Aparts x 20

Scapular Push-Ups x 10

Mini-Band Star Touches – 2 x 10

Hip Rotations x 20

Single Leg Lowering x 10 p/leg

 

Strength:

Lean Back Pull-Ups or Strict Pull-Ups

Accumulate 30 Reps in as few sets as possible

Then:

Fat-Grip Single Arm Dumbbell Rows – 3 x 10 p/arm

Then:

Banded Face Pulls – 3 x 20

 

Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

Walking Lunges x 30 reps

:30 Wall Sit
