General Fitness:

 

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

400m Run

15 Burpee Broad Jumps

30 Wall Balls

*Alternate tasks, with only one person working at a time.  Player 1 goes on the 400m run, then Player 2 begins burpee broad jumps while player 1 rests.  Player 1 then begins 30 wall balls, while player 2 rests.  Player 2 resumes with the 400m run

 

 

Olympic Weightlifting:

 

Snatch Grip BTN Press – 3 x 5

Power Snatch + Hang Snatch – 65% of Snatch1+1 x 5

Snatch Pull – 100% x 3 x 5

Pause Back Squat (3 sec) – 60% x 3 x 4
