20m Suitcase Lunge

10m Walking T-Hamstring Stretch + Knee Raise

 

Movement Prep:

Straight Leg Lowering – 1 x 10

Dead Bugs – 2 x 10

 

Strength:

L-Sit – Accumulate 5:00 in shortest time as possible.

Then:

3 Sets of:

10 x Ring Rows w/ feet elevated +

10 x Floor Wiper 135/95

Rest 1:00-2:00 between sets

 

Conditioning:

Rowing Intervals - 6 x (:30 Sprint/:30 Rest)

 

Supplemental:

Banded Hip Flexor Stretch – 2:00 each leg
