Olympic Weightlifting:

Snatch – On the minute: 65% x 1 x 5, 70% x 1 x 4, 75% x 1 x 3

Snatch – Heavy Single

Clean and Jerk – Heavy Single

Back Squat – Heavy Single, then drop weight for 3 x 5
