Fitness:

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

Run 400 Meters

5 Jerks - 135/95

5 Front Squats

20m Heavy Farmers Carry

 

Only one player may be running at a time. While one player runs, the player inside the gym should be working through as many rounds of the circuit as possible.  Players then switch roles once the running player has returned.

 

Olympic Weightlifting:

Technique Primer: Muscle Snatch + Overhead Squat– 3 x 3 + 1

High Hang Snatch – 80% x 2 x 4

Clean Pull + Clean + Jerk – 75% x (1 + 1 + 1)

Back Squat – Heavy Single
