Warm-Up:

10 min of Medicine Ball Tosses.  Use various weights and throws

 

Movement Prep:

Russian Baby-Maker Stretch x :30

Deep Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10

Tricep Stretch w Side Bend – 3 x :10 p/ side

Scapular Push-Ups – 2 x 10

Thread the Needle  w/ 1-Leg Hip Abduction x 5 p/arm

Banded Wrist Mobility Stretch - :30 p/arm

 

Strength/Conditioning:

Every 2:00 for 24 minutes:

5 x FSPP (Front Squat Push-Press) @ 135/95

5 x Front Squat
