Lat Band Stretch x :45 p/arm

Overhead Squats w/ Band Distraction – 2 x 10

Barbell Good Mornings 2 x 10

Barbell Lat Sweep – 2 x 10

 

Strength:

Snatch – Build to Heavy Single

Then: 5 Sets of 2 @ 80%
