Mini Band Straight Leg Lateral Walk x 20m

Mini Band Star Steps x 5 each side

 

Conditioning:

Every 3 minutes, complete described work load. 4 rounds at each station.

 

Station 1:

10m Forward Sled Drag – M: 150-200/W: 100-150

10m Reverse Sled Drag

20 Sledgehammer Tire Strikes

 

Station 2:

10 Calorie Sprint on Air Assault Bike

5 Manmakers – M:30/W:15

 

Station 3:

M:300m Row/W: 225m Row

40m Overhead Sandbag or Plate Carry
