Barbell Good Mornings 2 x 10

Barbell Spilt Squats – 2 x 10 p/leg

 

Conditioning:

2 Cycles for 2:00 at each station for Max Reps

Station 1:  Tire Flip In and Outs

Station 2:  Farmers Carries for Max Distance

Station 3: Assault Bike for Max Calories

Station 4: 90 Degree Plate Raise – 35/15

Station 5:  Med Ball Russian Twists – 20/10
