Wall Press x 10 – Slow Tempo. Focus on maintaining flat back on wall and posterior shoulder activation.

Lateral Lunge x 8 p/leg

Barbell Front Squat + Sotts Press – 2 x 10

Clean High Pull – 3 x 5 @ 50% Power Clean weight for today
