Movement Prep:

Cuban Press (w/either Dumbbells or Change Plates) 2 x 10

Box Jump – 4 sets of 3 w/ highest box possible.

 

Strength:

Technique Primer Exercise:  Tall Clean – 3 x 5

Linear Progression: Week 5 of 8, Day 10

Workout B:

Power Clean – 5 sets of 3 (+5 lbs from last week)

Press – 3 Sets of 5 (+5 lbs from last week)

Front Squat- 3 Sets of 5 (+5 lbs from last week)
