Warm-Up:

5 Minutes on Assault Bike @ Easy Pace

 

Movement Prep:

Banded Hamstring Stretch – 1:00

Single Leg Squat on 20” Box – 3 x 5 p/leg

Ring Rows – 2 x 10

KB Bottoms Up Press w/Knee Raised – 2 x 5 p/arm

Lying Straight Leg Raise – 2 x 10

Pistol Squat Practice

 

Strength/Conditioning:

As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 4 minutes of:

6 x Pistol Squats

5 x Pull-Ups

4 x Burpees

Rest 2:00 between Sets, Complete 3 Sets Total
