Reminder that there will be no 6:30 General Fitness class tonight as we will be starting our Olympic Weightlifting sessions at that time. 

 

Warm-Up/Movement Prep:

Banded Tricep/Lat Stretch x :45 p/side

Cat/Cow x 10

Inch Worms x 10m

Single Leg Lowering x 20

Goblet Squat Ladder – 2 x @ 5 reps at each weight

Dumbbell Push Press – 3 Sets of 5 w/ :05 Hold at the top of each rep

 

Strength:

Push-Press – Build to heavy double

Then:

6 x 1 @ Push Press weight used for heavy double

 

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 x Deadlifts 95/65

5 x Hang Power Cleans

5 x Push presses

5 x Back squats
