The gym will be closed all morning tomorrow, Saturday 9/17.  Young Andrew and Jose will be competing at their first weightlifting meet and I will be there to usher them through the process.  The meet is being hosted by an old classmate and teammate of mine from high school, Ben Claridad, at his gym Occam Athletics.  Come by and check it out to support the boys at 10am or just to see some crazy weights being lifted.

2:00 minute Row @ 1:55/500m pace

Then:

5 minute Intermission (including 3rd-2min Rest period)

Then:

10x Strict Pull-up

Then:

5 minute Intermission (including 3rd-2min Rest period above)

Then:

3 Rounds w/60 seconds rest between rounds

10 x Push-up

10 x Toes To Bar

10 x DB Renegade Row
