Strength/Conditioning:

8 x Fat Bar Deadlifts @ 135-185/95-125

20m Sled Push (Heavy)

10 x 1-Arm DB Sit-Ups

Then:

5 Minute Rest

Then:

Dumbbell Manmakers – 20/10

10m Dumbbell Bear Crawl in between each rung

Then:

5 Minute Rest

Then:

1 minute Kettlebell Swings for Max Reps - 24kg/16kg
