Warm-Up/Movement Prep:

Wall Squat – 2 x10

Bootstrapper Squat x 10

Then:

5 Sets of:

10 x 1-Arm KB Swings (5 Left/5 Right)

5 x Goblet Squats

15 x Sit-Ups

5-10 PVC Pass Throughs

 

Strength:

Back Squat

70% x 5 x 5

Rest 2-3 minutes p/set

OR

Establish 1-Rep Max if Needed

 

Conditioning:

6 Sets of:

1 Minute for Max Reps Kettlebell Snatch (30 Seconds Left/30 Seconds Right)

30 Seconds Rest
