Hollow Body Hold – 2 x 20 sec 

Straight Leg Lowering x 10 

Clamshells x 10 

Scorpions x 10 

Superman Hold – 2 x 10 sec 

Bird Dogs x 10 

Hip Rotations x 10 p/side 

 

Movement Prep: 

Dropstep Squat x 10 

Overhead Rotational Squat x 10 

 

Strength/Conditioning:

Barbell Complex 

Complete all reps in sequence without putting barbell down. 

Perform 6 Sets, adding weight each set and eliminating 1 Rep from each movement. Ie first set is 6 reps of each, 2nd set is 5 reps of each... 

 

6 x Deadlift + 

6 x Hang Clean + 

6 x Front Squat + 

6 x Push Press + 

6 x Back Squat +  

6 x Barbell Push-Up
