Warm-Up/Movement Prep:

Mini Band Hip Abduction x 10 p/leg

Mini Band Kickbacks x 10 p/leg

Step Through Lunge x 10 p/leg

Berry Pickers x 10

Coassack Squats x 10

Dead Bugs x 20

Straight Leg Lifts x 10

 

Strength/Conditioning:

Every 2 minutes, for 30 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1 – Dumbbell Lateral Lunges x 8 reps per leg

Station 2 – Strict Chin-Ups x 12 reps

Station 3 – 60 Seconds of Assault Bike (or Row) @ 85-90% effort

Station 4 – Single-Arm Split Stance DB Row x 8 reps each arm

Station 5 – 60 Seconds of Hollow Body Hold
