20m Walking Lunges

20m Overhead Dumbbell Walking Lunges

10m High Knee Pull to T-Hamstring Stretch

10m Elbow to Instep

Hip Rotations x 20

Side Bridge w/ Hip Flexion – 2 x 15 sec p/side

Single-Leg Glute Bridge x 5 p/leg

KB Single-Leg Deadlift (contralateral) – 2 x 4 p/leg

 

Strength:

Single-Leg Deadlift

45/33 – 2 x 8 p/leg

95/73 – 2 x 6 p/leg

135/105 – 4 x 4 p/leg

 

Conditioning:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 minutes:

5 x Deadlift @ Bodyweight

10 x Push-Ups
