Warm-Up/Movement Prep: 

PVC Pass Throughs x 10-15 

Kettlebell Arm Bar Series 

Half Turkish Get-Up to High Hip Bridge x 5 p/arm 

Elbow Bridge x 20 sec p/side 

1-Leg KB Deadlift – 2 x 5 p/leg 

Double Kettlebell Swing – 2 x 10 

 

Strength: 

Double Kettlebell Bottoms Up Press – 5 x 5 

Double Kettlebell Snatch – 5 x 5 

Kettlebell Windmill – 3 x 5 p/side 

 

Conditioning: 

Kettlebell Complex.   

1 minute at of each exercise for max reps. Do not put kettlebell down the entire time 

1-Arm Swing left hand
