Kneeling Glute Mobilization x 45 sec p/leg

Elbow to Instep + Hip Raise x 6 p/leg

Squat to Stand x 10

5 x Goblet Squats

5 x Kettlebell Deadlifts

5 x Push-Ups

 

Strength:

Back Squat – 5 Sets of 5 (+5-10lbs from 4/19)

Bench Press – 5 Sets of 5 (+2.5-5lbs from 4/19)

Deadlift – 3 Sets of 5 (+10-15lb from 4/19)
