Warm-Up:

Row/Ride for 5 minutes at easy pace or Run 800m

 

Movement Prep:

Wall Squats – 2 x 10

Goblet Squats – 3 x5

Hip Flexor Stretch x 45 sec p/leg

DB Reverse Lunge + 1 Leg DB Deadlift – 2 x 5 p/leg

Pass Throughs x 15

Push-Ups – 2 x 10

 

Strength:

Back Squat – 5 Sets of 5 (+5-10lbs from 4/24)

Bench Press – 5 Sets of 5 (+2.5-5lbs from 4/24)

Deadlift – 3 Sets of 5 (+10-15lbs from 4/24)
