10 x Goblet Reverse Lunges (5 p/leg)

10 x 1-Leg KB Deadlifts (5 p/leg)

10 x KB Swings

30 sec Hip Flexor Stretch (p/leg)

 

Strength:

Deadlift – Build to 1-Rep Max
