Hip Rotations x 10 p/leg

Thread the Needles x 5 p/arm

1-Leg Glute Bridge w/Leg Raise x 5 p/leg

Reverse Lunge to 1-Leg Deadlift – 2 x 6 p/leg

 

Strength:

A1: DB/KB Seesaw Press x 12-6 Reps *increase weight each set

A2: DB/KB Split Squat x 8-6 Reps p/leg *same weight used for press
