Warm-Up/Movement Prep:

Jumping Jacks x 50

8 Count Body Builders x 10

Tricep Stretch + Side Bend x 3 p/side

Prone YTWL x 5 each

Blackburns x 10

Side Bridge w/ Arm Reach x 5 p/side

 

Strength:

Push-Up Ladder – 3 x (1-5) w/ 5 second lockout at the top of each rung

Then:

Tarzan Pull-Ups x 50 Reps

Or, if unable to perform pull-up

Band Pull-Ups x 50 Reps

 

Conditioning:

(:30/:60) Row Progression

Starting by 150m/130m in 30 seconds, then rest 60 seconds, player must add 1m per round. Ie 150, 151, 152, 153, 154
