Warm-Up:

5 minutes on Assault Bike

1 minute – Snow Angels on Foam Roller

1 minute – Thoracic Extensions on Foam Roller

 

Movement Prep:

Wall Squats – 2 x 5

Bootstrapper Squat - 2 x 5

Pass Through x 10

Push-Ups – 2 x 10

 

Strength:

Back Squat – 5 Sets of 3 @ 80%

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Snatch-Grip Barbell Shrug – 3 Sets of 8

Rest 1-2 minutes between sets

Dips – 3 Sets for Max Reps

Rest 3-5 minutes between sets

 

Supplemental:

Ring Face Pull – 3 Sets of 8-12

Dumbbell Floor Press – 3 Sets of 8-12
