Strength:

Bench Press (Use 60-70% 1RM)

Pull-Ups

DB Press

Ring Rows

Then:

4 Rounds:

15 x Leg Raise + Hip Thrust

45 sec Side Bridge – Left

45 sec Side Bridge – Right
