Personal Training

For the individual who desires a more hands on a more private, individualized approach, we offer private 1 on 1 training sessions. Personalized training plans catered to the goals settled upon by the athlete and trainer will be implemented to achieve meaningful and long lasting results. In order to tailor the program to the individual, a movement assessment will be performed to reveal any muscular imbalances and limitations so that they may be corrected. Training history will be taken into account as to provide the athlete with a plan that fits their experience and confidence level.
